If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I exchanged a pair of jeans in November 2021 and now in July of 2022 they claim that they never received back the pair that I returned. They refuse to help at all. They insist that I pay them back for the jeans that I returned. I never received any communication that they didn't receive my return. I had three orders cancelled and when I called to understand why the first time they never told me a reason, just said that I would receive an email explanation which I didn't receive. Worst customer service experience ever. Beware of this company, they do not care about their customers. Do not waste your money on them.

If I could rate them 1 star, I would. I ordered the ‘UO Ava Green Satin & Lace Corset Top’ and did not receive it in the size I ordered. When I went onto the live sms chat, I was informed the top in my size had gone out of stock and the person I was talking to could not arrange for a courier collection to refund my purchase and instead expected me to go out of my way to rectify a mistake they made. Absolutely shocking customer service and I will not ever be purchasing from this company again.

Can’t stand this company
This has happened twice and I am honestly at my end with them. I will buy a product and then on the day it says it is being delivered it never shows up. The package then appears again as processing (which the package carriers then say that it has not been created/shipped yet). I’m convinced they oversell items and then try to do this to make it seem like they aren’t in the wrong. The other time I ordered a 9 1/2 shoe they sent me the 9 and were then sold out and could not replace what I had ordered with my actual size. You can’t speak with an actual person via a call their customer service is only via text and automated chat. This is the most idiotic company and customer service method I have ever come across.

No refund and horrible customer support
Urban outfitters sadly could not manage to refund an article I returned. They claim that they paid the refund on a certain day but the money did not arrive until this day. Despite numerous emails and calls, they do not accept their mistake and correct it but rather not answer my questions/requests and insist on having paid me back which is simply not true.
Overall a very disappointing experience. I will not be their customer again.
Besides, the prices are too high as well with regard to the quality of the clothes.

Recieved wrong item twice!
I bought a bikini top in the store and the employers there explained to me, that they unfortunatly do not have the according blue (!) bottom in store, but they can simply order it online for me and it will be delivered home to me. When it arrived I realized that the bottom was in the wrong colour (green, not blue) even though it clearly stated in our ordering details and even on the tag, that it was supposed to be blue. I was a bit annoyed, but mistakes happen so I simply sent it back and ordered it online again, and yet again, once it arrived, it was again in the wrong colour- green not blue. At this point I got really annoyed, I mean it should really not be that hard to order a simple item. So I tried to get in contact with the custom service through chat, and he apologized, asked me to send it back once again and told me they would look into the issue, try to send me the right item and if that were for some reason not possible, they would inform me via email. Then, two weeks go by with nothing, no notice, no bikini, no email. So, once again, I reached out and chatted with another agent through the chat and explained the situation. All she said was that there is an ongoing issue with the bikini bottom and that they cannot do anything apart from refunding the money.
I'm really pissed, because I bought the top since they told me I could order the bottom online, and I have never had to put so much work and effort into one simple bikini. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel like they could've done a little more than simply refund me the money. Even though I really like the clothes- don't buy from there, it's really not worth the hussle. Really dissapointed!
You don’t get what you paid for
Anytime I order online my package gets lost/stolen or they send me the wrong items or it’s just a crummy product they falsely advertised to be something else.
Most recently I ordered a Maria La Rosa bag off there just for them to send me one I didn’t order and couldn’t replace it.
Then who ever they let handle their deliveries steal or just don’t care how it’s handled or where they place it.
They also hid reviews on their website. So many times I’ve taken the time to write a review just for them to suppress it cause it’s negative.
With the “Renewal” line they will send you anything and claim it’s what the models wearing then charge you x4 it’s worth.
I used to love ordering online with UrbanOutfitters and now I genuinely hate it.
horrible experience at urban Outfitters
We were in there while they tried kick us out while we were in the store. And then continued to kick my aunt out while she way paying like are you for real! Unbelievable!
Customer Service
I had the most pleasant experience at Urban Outfitters in Martinez, Ga. I had an employee, I believe her name was Stacie she was so polite and helpful. If all employees were like her I would recommend Urban Outfitters to any and everybody.

Terrible when ordering online
Terrible when ordering online. Delivery time said 3-8 days, I ordered 7 days before my holiday, thinking this would be fine since most other websites deliver well within the time frame - I was so wrong! I ordered 2 items and both shipped separately, which is, I suppose understandable but slightly disappointing. No items arrived before my holiday, with the second taking a ridiculous time to even get shipped. 13 days later I’m still waiting for my parcel, with the tracking info provided shifting a day later and later every time I look. Looking at other reviews it seems like so many other customers are experiencing the same shoddy service in terms of ordering online. Have to mention the online customer service chat is good since I spoke to a helpful agent quickly but they can only be polite, and not actually do anything to change the appalling system.

you'll probably receive what you order but dont get your hopes up :)
I've ordered from UO several times and it all seems to start out great then slowly go downhill, as if the more you buy from them the less they value you as a customer. My first few orders were smooth experiences, receiving exactly what I ordered within 1-3 days of purchasing, until recently. Refunds are a 50/50 chance, if they cancel an item you'll never be refunded! ALWAYS pay through PayPal, you'll have more of a fighting chance to get your money back! Most things on their site are veryyyy overpriced and incredibly low quality. Certain items will always be on sale like their duvet sets are always 'marked down' from £50 to £40 while quality wise they feel like something that really wouldn't be worth more than £10 maybe £15 max. I usually don't buy more than staple items and some glass wear from their site so I can't comment on the quality of most items. My most recent order I was sent an item completely different and unrelated to what I'd ordered. I'm suspecting the site glitched and allowed me to order an out of stock item so they sent me something of 'similar value'. Not sure how an ugly, paper thin mini skirt that looks like something you'd buy from aliexpress for £3 can be sent as a replacement for a pair of £60 jeans?? Anyway, I'm still waiting on a reply from customer service!

every single time i order something from there it gets cancelled or the wrong item is sent. and the customer service representatives are no help and won't explain to me as to why.

Bad online customer service
Bad online customer service. I had a return that I dropped off in a collection box that never got scanned. I wanted to check whether they received it at their warehouse but nobody was able to do so. I emailed many times and every time a different customer rep would reply with the same standardized response saying they’ll forward it for review. If you reply to their response a different person responds not knowing what you previously wrote. I probably only got one non-standardized response out of ten. Ridiculous that they don’t have a system to look up whether returns were received.
DOUBLED CHARGED MY CARD
This is not the first time I have had an issue with UO before. Recently I placed an order online that was $280. I had bought a birthday present for my boyfriend and come to find out I had two transactions pending on my account and total of $560 was taken out. And if your wondering I only received one order confirmation so it was not double ordered. I texted them and they told me I haven't even been charged once and they will charge once the item ships out. I still don't understand why I have two pending transactions and I can't access my money if I have even been "charged". The next day (today) I called them and they told me they would get their financial department to contact my bank to remove the second pending transaction. I just don't get why it is even there in the first place.
